ICT Business Analysts collaborate with clients to:
Generate system specifications, proposals, and documentation.
Analyze and evaluate current systems.

Tasks
Collaborate with clients to understand and define business requirements.
Research, define, and monitor workflow and business needs.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimal management techniques, system performance, and behavior.
Develop project plans using project management methodologies, including cost, capital, and resource management.
Oversee the deployment of functional solutions, including the creation and execution of system test plans to ensure consistency and credibility.
Prepare training materials and user documentation.
Create functional specifications for system developers.
Generate system requirements for software design and development using data and process simulation approaches.
Serve as a key resource for information and guidance, offering suggestions and support during project decision-making.
English Language Requirements
IELTS: Minimum score of 6 (Listening, Reading, Writing), 7 in Speaking, and 7 overall.
OET: Minimum grade of B in all sections.
TOEFL iBT: Minimum scores (Listening: 12, Reading: 13, Writing: 21, Speaking: 23, Overall: 93).
PTE Academic: Minimum score of 50 (Listening, Reading, Writing), 65 in Speaking, and 65 overall.
